Congratulations on taking the first step toward a successful fundraiser! Now that you’ve filled out the partner application, here’s everything you need to know to proceed and maximize your fundraiser.

Pricing Made Simple

  • Provide Your Tax Exemption Certificate: Avoid sales tax by submitting this document.
  • Your Cost:
    • $16.00 per 4-pack (prices decrease with higher sales volume).
    • $4.89 per cookie for individual cookie sales.
  • Suggested Fundraiser Pricing:
    • $20.00 – $24.00 per 4-pack.
    • $7.00 per individual cookie.
  • Add-On Option: Cookie Cutters
    • Your cost: $4.00 per Cutter.
    • Suggested price: $6.00 – $8.00 per Cutter.

  • Chocolate Chip 4-Pack: Always a crowd-pleaser.
  • Variety 4-Pack: Includes Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Brownie Batter, and Cookies & Cream.

We will provide an easy-to-use order form for preorders.

Note: Flavor options may be adjusted based on the number of cookies sold.


Important Information

  • Sales Tax: No sales tax is applied if you’ve provided a tax exemption certificate. Otherwise, tax will be added to your cost.
  • No Changes After Submission: Once an order is placed, no further changes can be made.
  • No Fundraisers During Major Holidays: Fundraisers cannot be scheduled during major holiday weeks.
  • No Multiple Groups Under One Date: Please do not combine multiple teams or organizations into one fundraiser date.

What To Do Next

  1. Finalize Your Fundraising Dates
    Contact us to confirm and finalize your fundraising dates. A deposit is required to secure your date.

  2. Receive Tally Sheets
    We will provide you with a tally sheet for preorders, making it easy to track your sales.

  3. Submit Your Tally Sheet
    You can submit your completed tally sheet by email, phone, or in person.

  4. Payment
    Payment is due when you place your order. We accept school checks, cash, or credit cards. Orders are processed once payment is received.

  5. Order Processing & Pickup
    We need 7-10 days to prepare your order. You will pick up your entire order on the agreed-upon date and are responsible for distributing it to your customers.
